The Cave Spring City Council is scheduled to discuss multiple items during the July 7, 2026 work session, including infrastructure projects, departmental operations, and personnel matters.
Council will hear monthly reports for the Downtown Development Authority (DDA), Municipal Court, Police Department, and Fire Department, along with expense and billing adjustment reports.
Other agenda items include a proposed parcel split on Chalcrest Way, implementation of a water level report, the 2026 Local Maintenance and Improvement Grant (LMIG) supplemental, Bureau Veritas negotiations, and Cave Spring permitting and code enforcement.
Council is also expected to receive updates on Storybook Inn, fencing at the cave and water tank, and the upcoming Northwest Georgia Charter Academy ribbon-cutting ceremony.
Council will also meet in executive session to discuss personnel matters.
